Grade 1/2 and 2/3 have been having Art sessions each Monday with our wonderful Miss Bron. This week Miss Bron has started introducing students to working with clay. Students built their own worlds using the elements of art (form, texture and space).

On Monday afternoons, Miss Bron then takes an art group as part of our grade 4/5/6 Monday Options Program. This week they had the opportunity to use a pottery wheel, working with the feel and speed of the wheel and using their fingers and various tools to manipulate the clay. This is part of a sculpture unit which will continue into the start of Term 2.
