The Prep/One class has been looking into the changes that we see with the seasons over the year. More recently we have been noticing the changes in the trees, hunting to find the fungi that has started popping up around the school grounds and noticing the changes in weather and daylight hours. We are starting to predict the changes that will come with winter! All of this has important maths, science and literacy embedded in it. Our class is a curious bunch who are observant and like to ask lots of questions and share their ideas about what is happening around them.  Upon returning to school after the holidays, we straight away noticed the change of season evident in the trees around our school ground and took the opportunity to try our hands at colour mixing to represent the new colours our trees are wearing.
