Well, we have certainly had a very interesting start to Term 2 with some glorious sunny Autumn Days, but also the complete downpour we experienced on Friday.

Our Grade 3 and 5 students are this week undertaking NAPLAN testing and they are being absolute champions when it comes to their persistence and determination. As I have said to all of them, whilst we ask that they do their best, these tests only give us a very small snapshot of the amazing people that they are. There is so much more to what makes them special such as their artistic or sporting abilities, how caring and compassionate they are, whether they are creative or good at thinking about solutions to problems and so on.

Of course they are also all very much looking forward to the traditional ‘Post-NAPLAN pizzas’ which await them tomorrow once the testing has finished!
