Principal’s Report
The cold and wet has well and truly set in as we get closer to the winter months. When the weather is suitable, being able to run around outdoors at recess and lunch is really important for students, however this also means that shoes can get wet and muddy. If your child would like to bring along a pair of slippers or spare shoes to wear indoors this would be a great idea, as it helps keep feet warm and dry and also helps our carpets to survive the winter.
For younger students (and sometimes even older students), keeping a spare pair of pants, socks and undies in the bottom of school bags is also a great idea.
We have a small supply of spare clothes, however if you happen to have black pants which your children have outgrown and which are still in good condition, we would be very happy to receive donations of a few more pairs. These can be dropped off to Mrs Bender in the office.
Thank you.
