As you probably are aware, the Glen Huon Playground is finally finished. Following all the community feedback and concerns about losing the beloved tyre swing the Huon Valley Council consulted with their playground equipment manufacturer who designed and built the ‘one of a kind’ piece of equipment for the Glen Huon Playground.

The Council is currently putting together a digital piece about the playground, the history and the consultation. This will appear on YouTube channel, Facebook and website.

Members of the Huon Valley Council will be at Glen Huon Park from 8am onwards tomorrow Friday 20 May in the hopes of getting some photos before it is time for us to walk to school. They will have permission letters for families who wish to be part of this.
