Grade 4/5 Report
This term we are focussing on a unit of work about the world in which we live. We are researching individual countries, posing questions about the world and publishing answers to make a class book titled “Questions And Answers About The World.” We are also working in groups to research characteristics about each of the seven continents.
We are learning lots about the geographical features of the world and social and cultural facts of countries around the world.
Later in the term we will then compare knowledge about other countries with our own country, Australia. What similarities and differences are there?
The children would like to share some of their responses to the question we discussed as a class.
