Prep Report
This week our Prep and Grade 2/3/4 classes visited the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery. We had a wonderful time!
We learned all about life in Antarctica. We got to see how big an emperor penguin really is, touch real penguin feathers and seal fur, whale baleen and albatross bones!
Did you know that krill can live up to 12 years? They shed their skin and grow every year, but if they don't get enough food to eat, they can also shed their skin and shrink a few sizes! ?
Everyone loved looking at the amazing displays in the Museum and the Bonds Store building, and the bus ride was a big hit too!
