Peaceful Classrooms
Grade 2/3/4 are having weekly Peaceful Classroom sessions with Nurse Emma this term.
Peaceful Classrooms includes simple, effective and proven exercises to help students to stay calm, relax, focus and learn more effectively during the day. It also helps students to build their emotional resilience so they are better equipped to deal with the day to day stresses that life brings them.
Last week, we learnt about what mindfulness is and focused on Mindful Belly Breathing. Here is the script for that if you would like to practice it at home with your child.
