This year we are recognising home reading using a bunting display in the hall. At our most recent assembly many of the year Prep, 1 and 2 student proudly added the bunting flags to the display.

We are continuing to implement the Department’s Phonics Scope and Sequence for years Kinder-2 and our Staff Professional Learning Teams have been working hard to look at our PAT reading data and undertake specific and deliberate teaching strategies to support our students right across the school with their reading comprehension.

PAT testing will again be coming up early in Term 4, supporting us to track student growth and identify further areas for focussed teaching and learning.
