In HASS the children have been looking and learning about the ‘Olden days’ through the changes to complete everyday jobs in the home.
We have used an inquiry focus to explore our first wonderings and thinking to develop, grow and change our ideas.
When we discovered what this mystery item was and what it did, we drew pictures to compare the ‘Olden days’ job to the ‘Today’ version.
We are continuing to be historical detectives!
