The Department has been reviewing the Values which represent the foundation of our culture. These values reflect what we stand for, guide our decision making and underpin all aspects of our work.

Our previous values have been Courage, Growth, Aspiration and Respect and as a school we have used these as a basis for our everyday language, behaviour and attitudes to learning and towards each other, but also for recognising and celebrating students though certificates at our assemblies.

We now have an updated set of 5 values.

Our values give us a shared understanding of behavioural expectations and provide us with common language to overcome challenges and celebrate success.

Together in 2024 we will be unpacking what these mean for Glen Huon Primary School, live our values and bring them to life through our everyday actions.
