Some of the beautiful artworks created by students in many of the schools in the area, were displayed in Saturday's Huon Show in the show's School Exhibition Hall. It was a pleasure to exhibit artwork produced by our Glen Huon students. 

We are delighted to announce that Glen Huon School was awarded first place. As a result, our school won $200 which is to be used in our garden area. 

I would like to congratulate all students for their meticulous and ongoing effort during art lessons. Their enthusiasm and application is commendable and it is a pleasure to teach such creative students. I would especially like to congratulate Kyrie  (Year 2), whose artwork was nominated in second place and Eleanor (Year 5), whose artwork was awarded 'Highly Commended'.
