On Thursday May 2, Hannah, Belle, Scarlett and Tiarna attended the leaders conference in Huonville.

When we arrived at Huonville High School, these are some of the things we did:

• listened to someone tell us about the values of leadership such as courage, integrity, respect and empathy.
• had some delicious morning tea.
• walked over to the PCYC to take part in leadership activities.

We also split into groups with different schools to create posters on leadership values.

Some of the other activities included:

• how to communicate well with other people
• how to work well in groups, which are both skills that you need to be a good leader.  

We all feel more confident around other people after this and we all enjoyed our day very much.
