Grade two/three are jumping into theatre. Here is a group of readers who all have their own part to read in a play. We have been diving into words, words, words; reading and writing plays and doing some really fun activities like theatre sports. Theatre sports is creative, spontaneous and a great laugh too. You need an expansive vocabulary and a huge imagination. You also need to remember to:

1. Project your voice
2. Be brave and confident (easy to say, trickier to accomplish)
3. Listen to each other (not just hear)
4. Encourage each other (especially when someone is a bit lost in what they need to say or feeling shy)
5. Laugh…its lots of fun
