This week in Smarties we are exploring the wonders of water, and having lots of fun, cooling water play.

On Wednesday we'll have outdoors water play with buckets, funnels and scoops, and paint our shadows on the concrete with water. Please be sure to bring hats and sunblock!

On Thursday we will bring a wagon full of water down to the bush and use our bamboo pipes to get creative with waterfalls and creeks! We'll make boats from leaves and experiment with what floats and sinks in buckets. Thursday is also the School Athletics Carnival on the Glen Huon Community oval.

On Friday we will be singing and dancing, followed by experiments with water, and painting outside with water, then we will make a water based craft and read a story.

Just a reminder that next Thursday (the 7th) we are going on a beautiful bush walk to North West Bay River, meeting at the Sandfly Cricket Grounds car park at 10:00 and returning around 1pm.
