Our Values Award recipients for this month are:
Jack for pursuing some interesting activities during his time learning at home. Jack the builder and little Master Chef!!

Isabelle D:"Every day Izzy shows us that she is a kind and caring member of our class. Izzy shows great empathy toward her classmates and is a wonderful friend. You make our class a better place Izzy."
Tahlia: "Tahlia has been extremely brave coming to school every morning, even when she has felt nervous. Tahlia has also shown incredible improvement with her spelling and writing, we are so proud of her!"
Harper for being such an enthusiastic writer! Harper has worked hard on her writing and spelling and is beginning to become more independent. She shows that she is motivated to improve and we are so proud of her!"
Elijah for his class presentation showing the diorama he made to represent an, "earthquakes damage to a cityscape" using the Mercalli scale.
Jason for taking great care of younger students in our playground and adapting to the new social distancing requirements with a warm elbow bump to replace the hugs he is famous for.
Ezra: "Ezra has been working hard every day to complete his tasks, work cooperatively with his Guided Reading group and join in with our Inquiry. Ezra has also been kind enough to share his favourite books with us in class, which we all enjoy as he is so enthusiastic."
Stella for being switched on with her learning.
Katie for staying connected to her learning and extending her knowledge through curiosity.
Our nominations for Aussie of the Month Award.
Hannah: Hannah was so brave in coming to school on the first day back to school learning and was an amzing help to her sister.
Harper: Harper has worked extremely hard whilst learning from home and has made huge improvement in many areas. Harper has shown care and empathy toward her classmates as they negotiate our return school and the changes in the classroom.
The Aussie of the month was awarded to Harper, well done Harper.
We gave out one Mathletics certificate today a bronze for Sam H.
Pick Up and Drop Off
Thank-you all so much we have now got this down to a fine art. It has worked so much better with the P-6 parents arriving between 3.00 and 3.15 it is a bit like the McDonalds drive through but you are picking up something much more precious.
