On Tuesday September 1st our Grade 5/6’s travelled to the Kingborough Sports Centre to participate in the Huon and Channel Volleyball Tournament and the Winter Sports Come and Try Day. Some students represented the school in the Volleyball Tournament, an annual event which is always well represented by Glen Huon students, and the remaining students experienced a variety of sports that the Huon and Channel region has to offer in Ultimate Frisbee, Softball and Gymnastics. Our students were really excited for this event and were accompanied by Mrs. Tucker and Miss. Van der Schans.
