The canteen will be opening from Thursday 25th February. It will be open every Thursday, provided we can get enough volunteers.

Katherine and Laura will be organising the general running and they are currently seeking volunteers to help. They would ideally like 2-3 people each Thursday to cook meals, sell snacks and clean up afterwards. The plan would be that they could get enough volunteers to have a rotating roster so you would only have to do it once a month.

In order to volunteer at the school you will need to have a working with vulnerable people check:

To help in the canteen you will need to complete an online food safety course. This takes about 2 hours and is free.

On days that you volunteer in the canteen, your children will receive their lunch for free.
