School Picnic

Thank you to the SRC who organised our Whole School Picnic last week. It was a lovely way to enjoy an afternoon of activities together and to celebrate the 2021 year.

Song Room

An enormous thank you to everyone who participated in, helped with or attended the Song Room Combined Schools day and concert. In particular, a HUGE thank you to Isaac and Elisse for organising this wonderful opportunity. There is something very special about being able to create music and song with a large group of people and to hear many voices singing together at the same time. It was also a wonderful way of sharing some of the original songs which have been written over the course of the year.

We look forward to continuing the Song Room program in 2022.

Colour Fun Run

The Parents and Friends Colour Fun Run is coming up this Thursday 9^th December.

Students are encouraged to bring a white t-shirt if possible, a change of clothes, a towel and a plastic bag.

The fun run will take place at 2:00 and students who contributed to the fundraising efforts will also have an opportunity to undertake some slime fun before lunch.

What an exciting afternoon this will be!

End Of Year Assembly

Tickets to the End of Year Assembly have now all been allocated. Please ensure that you bring your tickets with you on the day and aim to be seated by 12:30pm.

End Of year Reports

End of Year Reports will be coming home on Tuesday 14^th December. Please feel free to contact your child’s teacher if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

2022 class placement information will also be sent home with school the reports.

Thursday 9th December - Colour Run Sausage Sizzle

- Sausage in bread

- Vegetarian sausage in bread

Canteen will be operating as per usual.

Colour Run

The colour run will be from 2pm and finish in time for the early bus at 2:45pm.

If your child has drama, they can wear a swimming cap and bring wet wipes to remove any colour.

On the day, your child needs to brings a white shirt for the event, hat, sunscreen, drink bottle, and a towel as they will be getting wet.  

If your child does not want to participate, please contact the office.

We only have one week left for Smarties this term, and we'd like to finish an amazing year with some big celebrations!

~ On Wednesday 8th December we will be heading to the Glen Huon Park from 11am - 1:pm for some fun and games, gross motor activities and a sausage sizzle! Normal Smarties will still run from 9am - 10:30am in the Kinder room.

~ On Thursday 9th Dec we are having a picnic in the Bush playground, making Christmas decorations from natural materials, and celebrating another wonderful year of bush play.

~ On Friday 10th Dec we’ll be in the Kinder room for a Christmas extravaganza – making wrapping paper, cards and decorations to take home!  

All sessions are open to everyone with children aged 0-5, we'd love to see you there!
